In the Farmer's Market, many agri-food products of various companies are sold directly by producers to consumers, and you also have the chance to enjoy shopping in the open air. The farm covers an area of 200 hectares and is managed using entirely organic production systems. The farm’s livestock includes 500 Valle del Belice sheep, 100 pure-bred Holstein Friesian cattle and 30 pigs, all strictly grass-fed. Our animals are raised with sustainable production methods, both for humans and the environment, in accordance with best agricultural practices and respect for animal welfare.

Our gardens cover an area of several acres and produce a great variety of vegetables. The climate is dry and the clayey soil and the Sicilian sun give our vegetables a sweet and intense taste.
They are cultivated with careful resource management to maintain the full integrity of the soil-plant-water system. Above all, each of our crops is cultivated in harmony with the rhythms of nature and the passing seasons. Eating seasonal greens and vegetables means not only eating properly, but also eating in a healthy and natural way.
