The farm covers an area of 200 hectares and is managed using entirely organic production systems. The farm’s livestock includes 500 Valle del Belice sheep, 100 pure-bred Holstein Friesian cattle and 30 pigs, all strictly grass-fed. Our animals are raised with sustainable production methods, both for humans and the environment, in accordance with best agricultural practices and respect for animal welfare.

The lambs and calves are used in the delicious cuisine of Villa Dafne.

The milk is processed exclusively by our company for the production of ricotta and cheeses. This homegrown production allows the Chef at Villa Dafne to always have the freshest and most genuine products available.
